This website is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Terms of Sale & Billing

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD/AED and are subject to change without notice.
Contract: A contract is only formed once we send a shipment confirmation email.
Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be debited upon order authorization.
Refunds: In accordance with UAE gateway standards, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

4. Delivery Policy

Carrier: We ship via Smsa Express.
Timelines: UAE (1-2 business days), GCC (4-10 business days).
Customs: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions: Cosmetic and personal care products are non-returnable if the seal is broken due to hygiene regulations. Customized products are also non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Uses

In accordance with UAE Cybercrime Law, users are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, transmitting viruses, or attempting to breach our security protocols.
