Delivery Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bazaarier. We aim to provide a reliable and efficient shipping service to our customers across the Middle East. By placing an order on bazaarier.com, you agree to the following delivery terms:

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide international shipping to the following countries:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • Qatar

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Jordan

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are dispatched from our logistics center via Smsa Express Cargo Company. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Other Listed Countries: 4 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A fixed rate of $10 USD applies to all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding $40 USD.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that bazaarier.com is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be applied by the customer's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected at the time of delivery.

6. Accuracy of Information

To ensure successful delivery and avoid delays:

  • The customer must provide a full and accurate shipping address.

  • A valid mobile phone number is required for the courier to coordinate delivery.

  • Bazaarier is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information or the customer's unavailability.

7. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to Smsa Express, you can track it using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us via WhatsApp.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our customer service team at info@bazaarier.com within 24 hours of receipt.
