At Bazaarier, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+90 533 614 97 05) or email.
After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to Smsa Cargo, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow our return process after receiving the package.
In accordance with Consumer Law No. 6502, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 business days from the date you receive the product.
To receive a full refund for the product price, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, invoice, and all labels intact.
Cosmetic Products: Due to hygiene and health protection, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or used. We do not guarantee personal satisfaction as effects vary by person.
Customized Products: Items produced according to personal requests or specific changes are not eligible for return or refund.
Inspection: Once your return reaches our address in Istanbul, it will be inspected for compliance with our return conditions.
Approval: After approval, the product price will be refunded within three (3) business days.
Bank Reflection: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Installment Payments: If you paid in installments, the bank will refund the amount back to your card as a plus balance in monthly installments according to your bank's procedures.
Shipping Fees: In the event of a return, only the product price is refunded. The original shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable.
Bank Information: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Money Transfer, you must provide your full name, bank name, and IBAN number on the return form. Refunds cannot be processed without this information.
Returns must be sent exclusively via Smsa Cargo using our Customer Number: 178655845566.
Returns sent via other cargo companies will not be accepted.
You are entitled to one (1) free return shipment per order.
