After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to Smsa Express, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow our return process after receiving the package.
In accordance with BAE Consumer Protection standards, you have the right to return eligible products within 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.
To receive a full refund for the product price, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, invoice, and all labels intact.
Cosmetic Products: Due to hygiene and health protection regulations in the UAE, returns are not accepted if the product or its seal has been opened or used. We do not guarantee personal satisfaction as effects vary by person.
Customized Products: Items produced according to personal requests or specific changes are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Inspection: Once your return reaches our facility, it will be inspected for compliance.
Timelines: After approval, the refund will be processed. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to reflect on your card statement, depending on the policies of your issuing bank.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product price is eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping: Unless the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
