1. Ordering & Account

  • Do I need an account to place an order? You can shop as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders easily and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

  • Which countries do you deliver to? We currently serve all GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.

2. Payment & Security

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa and MasterCard (Credit/Debit). All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

  • Is my payment information safe? Yes. In compliance with UAE laws, we do not store your card details. Transactions are protected via SSL encryption and PCI-DSS standards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does delivery take?

    • UAE: 1-2 business days.

    • Other GCC Countries: 4-10 business days via our partner Smsa Express.

  • Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow your package's journey.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned. Customized items are also non-refundable.

  • How will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed to the Original Mode of Payment and typically take 10-45 days to reflect on your statement.
