Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 938 5510.
After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to Smsa Express, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow our return process after receiving the package.
2. Right of Return (Return Period)
In accordance with BAE Consumer Protection standards, you have the right to return eligible products Free Return within 14 Business days from the date of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To receive a full refund for the product price, the following conditions must be met:
